Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing punctuality, regularity and discipline. They should take active interest in their ward’s progress and activities in school through the diary as a means of communication between the teachers and parents. They should see that their wards revise the lessons and do the home-work regularly.
Criticism of a teacher of the school should be strictly avoided because it leads the child to loose respect for the teacher. If there is any legitimate complaint one may see the Principal.
No child should be sent to school if suffering from a infectious disease.
Parents are requested to intimate the school office promptly about any change of address or telephone number, if any, to enable the school office to contact them quickly in case of emergency.
Unit test exercise books should be signed after each test and returned to school.
No absence from school will be condoned without a leave – application.
The report card is an important document and should be kept safely. If the report card is lost, a replacement will be made on payment basis.
Parents must attend the Parent- Teacher’s meet.
Students are expected to be in proper uniform.
Care must be taken of all school property and for any damage caused by a student, fine may be imposed for the offence.
Avoid walking into classroom to see the teacher concerned. Meet a teacher by prior appointment through the Principal
Pay the fees by the 15th of every month, failing which a fine will be charge.
The Principal reserves the right to discharge any child whose behavior is unsatisfactory. In such case the Principal does not bind himself to giving any reason.
